Talks up a storm when trying to sell himself but afterwards doesn’t really deliver, only goes through the motions. Not good at keeping you informed or advising you on other matters such as taxes that you have to be aware about. Selling a house is stressful enough and you need someone who is knowledgeable enough to make sure you have all bases covered. I would not recommend him.
