I have unfortunately been working with this attorney to probate an estate. He never return emails or calls, never follows up. If you don't ask him to do something he will never do it. And even if you do, he still doesn't. Always has excuses. I am reporting him to the attorney general and grievance committee. Maybe then he might do something. I never go to this extent, but I have been more than patient. There were some court delays. But the final letters of testamentary were completed almost 2 years ago and nothing has been done to finalize the estate so the money can go to charity as in the will. I requested a formal accounting so the trustee can sign off. But still not response. So far we are going on 8 years.
