This lawyer had to be told what the state laws were by her client (she was not up to date on them herself). Important documents were left unfiled, but her office staff told the client that they had been. Calls are not returned, letters are not answered, and the client was left to fend for herself most of the time. When things got difficult she quit and left her client high and dry and at the mercy of the "hounds". This was to the great detriment of minor children.
