I believe they should have gotten me more my LTD claim. They string you along for 3 years. And then bang they want to settle. I'm kicking myself now because I wish I rejected their offer and went to court. I know I would have gotten more there. The whole system is corrupted. they string you along for 3 years and then bang. Here an offer, take it or leave it. All these people want is for you to go bankrupt,Waxmen should be there to protect you. and Waxman throws in the towel to early. Not overly impressed.

An insurance company is a business, as is a lawyer. Keep in mind that accountability will begin with ourselves, and in most cases End with ourselves. The Waxman team was straight forward and communicated well with me. They were able to deal with My situation in a timely fasion, which was more important to my well being than the "bottom line". The cost is high, but the ability to move forward is much more valuable. I would recommend this team.

Aaron Waxman and his associate lawyers are the worst to deal with, they are unprofessional, dishonest, rude with ZERO KNOWLEDGE!! and the list goes on, don’t ever consider this law firm. Otherwise, They will make you lose your dignity and your case
