Very happy with the result of my case. It was my second DUI charge. I wanted to go with him the first time, but went with someone else who cost more, thinking money would win the case. I made sure to contact him the second time around, and I don't regret it. He was able to keep me from serving the minimum 30 day jail time, had 2 of the 3 charges dropped, and charged a very reasonable fee. His legal assistant was excellent. Communication was prompt and concise. I could tell from the initial (free) hour long phone call that he actually cared. He came through for me when I needed it most.

In a case where the prosecution had an enormous amount of evidence against me he was able to get me a verdict of innocent on all charges. Got charged with a DUI.I know I was innocent, but the evidence was against me. Did a search online and I was fortunate to find Chris Avery - Law. To busy to keep us updated on anything throughout the whole process, and only talked to us once over the phone, everything else was through his paralegal who was just as bad at informing us of anything. Charged us a crazy amount for limited work that he actually did, because another individual was charged at the same for the same incident, he sent his lawyer to do all the work. Very disappointed and I hope we will never have this situation again but if we do need a lawyer we will be sure to avoid this guy!

After calling around to a few different law firms and nobody really giving me the time of day, I finally came across Chris who took the time to know every detail of my case. He never gave me false hope that he would win and was honest throughout. The case ended up being settled pre-trial and Chris informed me with a personal phone call to let me know my charge had been dropped. Chris and his team tenaciously worked on my case for 4 months and got me the best possible outcome. The main concern was to get the charge reduced to a non criminal charge but he went above and beyond to get everything dropped and no trace it ever happened. His prices are very fair for the workmanship he provides and I highly recommend him.
