Mary Anne handled my separation from my wife. I found her very knowledgeable and she clearly explained how the family law system works. What I learned is that case law sets the parameters, and that the sooner that I accepted this the better off I would be financially, both from legal expenses and net take away from the relationship. Of course, if your partner's lawyer likes to stir the pot, it will mean a longer more protracted settlement period. Mary Anne is highly knowledgeable and provided me with honest and sincere guidance to a successful separation agreement. She is very resolution oriented, be wary of aggressive lawyers who create conflict.
