Richard is very diligent and thorough in conveyancing many of our real estate transactions. assessible and return phone calls within reasonable time. responses to concerns, and willing to provide legal opinions, Richard has been very helpful every time we need him.

Does not respond to messages, phone calls, or e-mails. We used him when purchasing our home, and after a few months, we were notified by he city that there was an issue with the property line. We contacted Richard immediately, as this was something that was going to cost us a substantial amount of money, and he was nowhere to be found. It took him over 2 weeks to return our calls. The issue should have only taken a few days to sort out, but because of his poor communication skills, and not calling us back, it dragged on for months, and it just seemed like he was simply not interested in helping us out with the issue. He is a nice enough guy, but not a very dependable attorney.

Proficient and trustworthy. Returned calls promptly. Very helpful and detailed. Reasonable legal fees.

Very frustrating! Rarely returned calls or responded to messages. Seems to be afraid to go to bat for you. Wants to avoid confrontation. Not great qualities for a lawyer. He probably would have made a good accountant. Fairly good with details, NOT good in the communication dept.
