Kevin is a menace to his clients. He was actually hostile and aggressive to me and literally never contacted me while my lawyer. Or ever contacted the Court.I mean NEVER. Completely neglected my case. I had to call him after six months of silence and he was angry and defensive. He explained his disappearance as his" strategy" . He actually thought my case might be lost by the City Court! He got enraged when I said he might be as responsible for his clients' losses as he claimed success for good outcomes. He took me as a client while his secretary worked part time for the judge hearing my case. A huge conflict. After I had to fire him,his last and only act for me was to write a false and nasty affirmation asserting my guilt and betraying our confidentiality. Unbelievably malicious. He acted more as my prosecutor than my defender. Oh, and he misspelled my name from unfamiliarity on his last letter!! Avoid him at all costs.
