This is an excellent attorney helped me with my case. I was badly injured by someone for no reason. the opposite person was wealthy, yet refused to pay for my injuries I went to this attorney they made him pay back. He was even punished in prison for few days. I am certainly satisfied

Mr. Robert is by far the best attorney. the way he handled the case was quite impressive, there was a time I thought i lost the case just then he showed his skills and convinced the judge that I am the right person here, I am the person who should get justice, and be paid back for the damage they did to me and my son. thank you!!

I settled my slip and fall for $50,000. We had mediation and then Fenstersheib quit and refused to disburse the settlement funds so it went to court, and so far no one was paid. He never told me if I would get anything when the bills were settled. I had huge legal bills for different lawyers, and $55,000 just in medical bills as he kept sending me to doctors so I would have surgery and the doctors all refused to do it.

Handled my accident case. Other person ticketed for the accident. They had no insurance. I was injured and was sent to physical therapy. After two years. I was told that the best offer from my insurance company was $1000.00. After I took the settlement. I was billed later $1400.00 from the physical therapy company. I was never told about the outstanding bill. Because I signed the settlement, I am responsible for the bill, according to the law firm. I thought that your own attorney would look out for your best interests. I guessed wrong.

This lawyer is incredible I had 5 law firms evaluate my case and said I didn't have a case . Mr Robert Fenstersheib took my case and settled out of court for 1.5 million dollars when several big firms in south Florida turned it down I highly recommend this firm . Sometimes when people have complaints they post reviews but never when u have something good to say! Not fair great lawyer !

These guys are crooks! My Mother is being cheated out of her money,there claiming her medical bills are being paid with her judgement money! Doctors she never see before! Communication went bad after they got her to sign the check!
