Mr Norman Effman represented Mr Williams, an inmate at Attica prison. Mr Williams was beaten nearly to death and his injuries were so severe, he needed hours of surgery to repair the damage that was done by the OFFICERS at the prison. Mr Effman represented Mr Williams and pleaded the case out to a misdemeanor so that none of the officers will need to serve any jail time. Nobody deserves this kind of inept representation. DEFINITELY find yourselves a competent lawyer. And it most certainly is not here! NORMAN EFFMAN is an incompetent lawyer.
