Frank made promises he never intended to keep. He was hired to help us get services for our son at his school. Not only was he difficult to get ahold of, but he did not do anything we hired him for. I ended up having to do it all myself and learn how to do HIS job. We asked several times for the financial agreement we signed and it has been a year and we have received nothing but empty promises. Most of the time spent with him on the phone was him apologizing to us for his negligence. We even met with him again early 2017 and he admitted he let us down and dropped the ball and offered a refund. Again, we never received any refund and believe he never intended to give us one, false promises and we are now out thousands of dollars. We will pursue this further.
