He was my lawyer for a federal case back in 2000......he lied to me about how much time i would be looking at...told my family the same lies and i had to call him to the county jail to go over me presentencing report the day of the deadline for pointing out errors to be revised etc he then missed a portion of my charges where i was double charged for a firearm. after sentencing i had a chance to go to the law library and i noticed the problem and i after i brought it to attention he says it doesnt apply to my case....but it did and after i did the filing myself, it was denied due to time limit to file being up....then when i try to contact him later, the us public defenders office in Raleigh nc told me he was no longer with them and he didnt even have the courtesy to notify me....in short, i wouldnt piss in his mouth if his teeth were on fire!!!
