Took my case without telling me she would rarely be available to speak with me or work on my case or even let me know when she would be available. The contract said there would be paralegals to work on my case for a lesser fee but all fees were charged at attorney rates. Didn't seem to remember what we had discussed from one meeting to the next. Charged me for things I hadn't agreed to pay for in contract. Seems caring and nice when you first meet, then acts as if she couldn't care less by not returning phone calls or e-mails. Certain provisions should have been made in my case that were not and later caused me problems.
