Ms.Choate is an excellent lawyer for senior citizens. She takes the time to explain everything fully while developing a good plan. She worked well with my financial planner to make sure that nothing was left out.

This attorney is not someone to hire if you value honesty, fairness and integrity. She is the attorney who will take advantage of people if and when she can. Her knowledge base of estate law is either very low or her crooked dealings makes her knowledge appear inferior. Either way, results are the same. I have tried to deal with her in relation to an estate matter and it has been pure torture. She was hired by a third party and I had no choice in the matter. I am a party to the estate and she has tried to mislead, miscommunicate, cheat everyone and delay. She made bad choices that have proven very costly in both time and money. Her tactics have resulted in delays and lost of money for everyone on the receiving end. This legal matter has been dragging on for years; because her ultimate goal is to cheat. Her advise is very self serving. She even cheats other attorneys working on the legal matter, no dicrimination. :( Very unfair attorney, stay away. I wished I had that choice!
