Just an all around poor experience. I went to him after speaking with an another attorney about my car accident. He promised the world, I listened to many excuses and settled for a much lesser amount. He reminded me of the attorney on Erin Brokovitch but not that aggressive. We went to a deposition and he asked the same question over a dozen times, then charged me lots of money for that deposition. Not one that I would recommend.

Doesn't return phone calls, lies about the case and the status. Staff is rude, especially Tina. He has more excuses why he hasn't done anything. My cases has been dragged on for a long time and he blames everyone. Never willing to accept blame. I've threatened to take my case someplace else but he threatens to go after my money on any judgment. I am not happy with how my case is being handled and wish I went someplace else.
