Nikki Kagan is an experienced and efficient lawyer. She is very personable and approachable. She has looked after several legal matters for me and there have not been any delays, miscommunications, or billing issues. I have referred several other people to her and they have been please with her service. I recommend her highly for any of your legal needs.

She is terrible. She promised me so much, and did not deliver on any of it. She knows how to bill hours and collect though. She pressured me into settling, and I feel abused by this end result. She was supposed to get me more, and promised more! Do not use this lawyer.

Nikki is an excellent lawyer. She gives fair and 0good advice and recommendations. She responded quickly to emails and phone calls. She is very effective. I was very pleased with the end result.

A WASTE OF MONEY! Had her represent me in a child support case. In retrospect, based on the services and outcome of the case, I could have represented myself. I questioned who's side she represented and felt like I was going against 2 lawyers, my ex and my own. Repeatedly threw me under the bus and in the end, I got my butt handed to me. An average lawyer is better the Kagan. Heed the bad reviews on this site.

I gave her a higher rating for tenacity because she is very good at collecting her money. Value for service is poor, and work quality was worse. I had to correct her "cut and paste" work where she called me a her, my daughters, hims or his, and mixed up dates of birth, and other significant events. Shabby work all around.

Awful!!! I could not imagine a lawyer that is more self centered and irresponsible on her client's behalf. She actually lied to a Judge in open Court to save her own skin and threw me under the bus. The motive was entirely self motivated as she was the one that caused herself to be scrutinized and couldn't handle the pressure. COMPLETELY clueless and has no sense of client relationship beyond her own wallet. Even in a Court room against a very POOR opposition she could barely float above water. My personal advise is to self represent or train a monkey to be paid in bananas to represent you. It will turn out better.

Nikki is a fantastic lawyer. She knew her material well. Nikki showed up prepared and on time to every meeting and court appearance. She made me feel confident that my file could be settled in a timely manner.

Nikki is an excellent lawyer. She is thorough, organized and well prepared for meetings and court appearances. She is very knowledgable of the law. I felt that she was really listening to me and had my back. She helped me resolve our issues relatively quickly so we could move on with our lives. Her fees are reasonable. I highly recommend her.

Nikki is a very good lawyer. She handled my case beyond my expectation. She gave me very good advice or altenative. She handled my case fairly. She was prompt to call me back , as well as her assistant. She is very knowledgeable to what she does. I am grateful i had her handled my case. Nikki was very very helpful. She would always provide advice and gave me options and alternatives, but she always did what I asked her and what I was comfortable with. She didn't let things just sit and drag- she always put a deadline to ensure I got what I want in a timely manner. She is definitely on the ball. She and her assistant Liz have very good communication and used all means to contact me if and when new things came up. She just recently helped me with an emergency time sensitive issue- that i thought was hopeless- and she got it done for me in less than 24 hours. Pretty amazing actually. She never let me get screwed around with, bullied, or manipulated by the other party. I confidently felt that she was there to protect me.

Nikki was the best Lawyer I have ever had, she was organized and knew what she was doing. Well being very knowledable, she was able to be fair but got what was rightfully, morally, fair!!! She was the best Lawyer, I would hire her again.

Late for appointment and still charged for her mine while late. I had to call her office to have deadlines met. Overall not helpful and she seemed I was a bother for her time. The best advise is not to hire her.
