Mr. Daniels can't seem to get anything done in a timely manner, had him as my lawyer for 9 mo. and never made it into court for anything on my divorce case (no child custody involved). he has yet to give me my refund from whats left of the money i paid him for this case (waiting 4 months so far)! i hired another lawyer and got a court date within one week! stay away from Daniels, he is lazy and undependable and gets an attitude if you question him too closely about why things aren't progressing.

Mr. Daniels has a bad habit of not informing his clients of the progression of the case, as well as waiting until the morning of our court date. Mr. Daniels also does not actively fight for his clients.
