Makes promises, then takes your money and everyone at this firm is very difficult to get in touch with. Unprofessional and don't seem to care about your issues once they get your money. Of course he won't give your money back if you ditch them. Scam artist.

What a ****! Sweet talked me on the phone when I called for a consultation. Said a bunch of junk like it was no problem lowering my 1st offence dui charge. Said he know the prosecuter well and could get charges lowered. After he got my $4000 I never heard from him again. He had his idiot assistant Eric handle my case from there. It took them 7 days to return calls I made to them. Had my court date today and Eric showed up 5 minutes before the trial to talk to me. He said he was going to talk with his "friend" the prosecuter a week before the court date and have my bac. lowered to lessen charges. He never did and tried to get a plea deal 3 minutes before my trail!!! Of course the prosecuter said NO. I got the book thrown at me. A monkey cound have done better than Eric. I got no charges lowered, not one. Do not use the law fir Robert Whittel!!! People with public defenders got less than I did with these fools. All they want is your money and they dont care about you!!
