If she had a boss she would have been fired long ago. Problem is, people keep hiring her and giving her money and this allows her to pay her bills and keep herself in business. Are you a current client? I bet you can do better! Are you too poor to change attorneys? Then contact the Santa Clara County Bar Association and apply for their Modest Means Program. They can set you up with a new attorney in less than one week who will charge you $100/hr. Be smart and fire her and do it before she damages your case further.
