I loved Ms. Peggy :) She & her staff were incredibly knowledgable, extremely professional, and just like any professional could quote you exactly amounts owed/time/etc. and there was absolutely no problems what so ever! When it comes to lawyers, you get what you pay for & Ms. Peggy is an absolute wonderful, well respected in the courtroom, well educated & strong attorney which is worth every single dollar++++. Please take the time to speak with her before listening to other reviews, as she was extremely wonderful to work with and her staff was just as nice & courteous. Would highly recommend her to anyone :) :)

Peggy was a terrible lawyer. She did nothing you would expect a lawyer to do to support your case. Did not keep me informed, charged an incredibly large retainer, made good promises that she never kept. According to the law, I never could have won my case but she did not inform me of this and took my money. This was a very stressful time in my life which did not have to happen.

Peggy is a terrible attorney who has been reprimanded by the courts. By first hand experience I can warn you.Do not hire her if you want to win your case. Poor ethics, lazy, does not ommunicate, sarcastic, changes personality after you hire her.

WARNING - Do not hire this attorney. I have to agree with another reviewer, she must be the worst atrorney licensed in the state of TX.Why? Promises your case is strong, takes your money, and that's it. You will not hear from her, she will do no more. You will lose your case. She makes no effort to support your case. Takes the money and she is done.I am convinced any positive ratings are done by her staff and family. Worst attorney ever.

4600 dollars for one letter typed by ... Returns an email or phone call when it's time to increase her fees . I cannot think of one quality thing I can say about her . I had to drop her and hire a new lawyer. .

Hiring Bittick was as bad of an idea as getting married. I wanted to be amicable, and she pushed for a more aggressive stance at the beginning. I followed her advice only to have it bite me in court. After that, she never took initiative to defend me against accusations in court. At every turn, more of my parental rights were taken from me. She continued to say we would get them in the end while I racked up $40K in fees to her. At the end, when I had a specific timeline, she was a week late with our counter proposal. In fact, everything was done last minute by her. In the end, I was strapped with a settlement that I can not afford. She was only about the money and getting paid. Even when she knew I was struggling financially, she made no effort to offer a payment plan. She is a perfect example of why lawyers have such a bad name. Avoid her, and DO NOT vote for her when she runs for judge. That career goal is more important than her clients.
