he saved our bacon. he fights for us and he wins he got our motgage stripped and save our home he understood what was going to happen and communicated well and was right

Tow was involved with real estate as well. He took our money(as well as about 40 we have documented) and we never got a property and no refund. He just took the money. Receptionist answers phone but we never heard from Tow. We have filed complaints with multiple agencies. We have been waiting for a refund (according to the contract we signed) for over a year

I was referred to Marc Tow by a co-worker. I was in between jobs and we were loosing our home. Marc Tow was very direct and made us focus on the important things. I was able to get a job and we had enough income to file a chapter 13 bankruptcy. In the chapter 13 Mr. Tow was able to strip our lien. We owed 340,000 on the first and 84,000 on am Equity Line. The 84,000 was stripped. Our credit card debt was dealt with through the bankruptcy as well. Even though the bankruptcy was a traumatic even for all his staff was very sympathetic and treated me and my wife like a priority. The best part of it all was that Mr. Tow's assistant Andrew Macia speaks Spanish, so he was able to talk to my wife and make her feel comfortable with the process. The only thing that I would consider a negative was their fees, they were a bit higher then other attorney's we went to, but for the result I would have paid twice as much.

Marc and his staff were easy to work with. Our bankruptcy was filed without delay and our discharge was successfully entered as promised.
