She is a salesman with a law degree and no real product. Its like putting a $1 in the soda machine, and not getting your drink, except it's one expensive retainer. She told me that I had a good case and then once the check cleared, her story changed, I felt like she was on the other side the whole time discouraging me from going to court. All I could do was to agree and settle.After my bank account was drained on the high retainer. Now when I let her know that I was planning on talking to other attorneys in town. She was really defensive of her practice and methods and very negative toward how others practice and treat clients. She told me that most attorneys are liars and they are just out there to get your money, that is what I had experienced with her.

Talk to her paralegal more than I ever talked to her. Everything in my decree had typos and didnt include anything I had spoken to her paralegal about. Apparently she blamed this fact on her PDA wasnt working. Everything was decided on the scheduling conflicts of the judge and attorneys, not decided on was was best for my kids. I learned the hard way legal system has nothing to do with right or wrong but who has the biggest retainer fee. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. Very CASH DRIVEN. You got money you get part of her attention. Told me my order of protection didnt matter in the divorce hearing. I paid the price dearly for that. Attorneys need to make money too. But she didnt even try to earn it.
