She's the best landlord/tenant lawyer in the Greater Brockton area - not only because she really knows her stuff, but because she's a charming pitbull. She knows how to get the job done with the least amount of collateral damage. I would recommend that all the landlords in the area hire her so that she can NEVER represent your tenants!

My house was up for foreclosure and I needed someone to help me save it for my family. Ms. Bagdoian not only jumped in to convinvce the bank to work with me, but also gave me the encouragement I needed at a low time in my life. If you have a housing problem, she's the one to go to.
