Stay away from this attorney. I needed an estate attorney to stand in at a hearing since I live in California. I had filed the Motion papers and had it all set up. Bull went to court on the hearing date and told the judge (Herman Clause) that he wanted to "review" the case. Bull then calls me and says the case is too complicated and to get someone else. Then he calls me back and says he will go in again two days later, telling me I stand a good chance of getting what I wanted. In that hearing, he sabotaged my Motion by agreeing to settle my Motion (without telling me!) if the other party only provides one document. He had already typed up this Order before going into that hearing! Later that day I called him, and he told me that the other party would provide the document but never said that my Motion would be dismissed as soon as the judge signed it. The judge signed it a few days later AFTER I informed him it was a fraud, and wouldn't reconsider the matter! Despicable conduct by both!
