Considering this attorney was the head of the bar association and a judge, you would think he understands the law, but apparently not. As a judge, he ignored at least 5 federal laws under the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction Act and allowed a plaintiff to use him as a tool to attain unjust financial gain. Basically, he heard a case he had no jurisdiction over, that was pending in another state, ignored that the plaintiff gave a bogus address for the defendant, did not ensure the defendant was notified of the hearing, did not verify any "facts" the plaintiff provided, did not notify the defendant of his ruling, etc. What's really sad is that when informing him of these "oversights" he ignored it and moved the appeal to one of his lackey's court. It's sad that someone with nothing but a high school degree, has a better understanding of family law than a Judge, Attorney, and Head of the state bar association.
