After paying the $330 retainer for Ross Brooks he never showed up to court. He was supposed to reschedule my court date and told me I didn't need to be there. Instead I got a warrant for my arrest and a $15000 bail when I eventually got arrested. This guy is a fraud and should not be practicing law. I would be surprised if he hasn't been disbarred by now. I reported him and I was t the only one. You are better off with a court appointed attorney. If you get Ross Brooks fire him immediately! Ross Brooks if you are reading this I hope you rot in prison for what you do to your poor clients. We should start a class action lawsuit against this guy.

Unlike everyone else i got a damn good price and represented good... caught a case in feb 2014 incarcerated mar 10 and released march 27 2014 reinstated on my felony probation $600 bucks on a felony is unheard of but i hired him in 2009 to represent me and i had 7 cases, 5 felony, 2 mistu nd got 3 felonies dropped and put on probation when i was looking at t.d.c. with my old lawyer... sorry yall had it bad but i was blessed real talk... i shoulda been gone when i picked up a weed case... p.o. recommended t.d.c. but Ross talked for me... showed up when he said he would

DO NOT hire this guy!! Didn't show up to court dates, never returned calls, and did nothing for me, except take my money! THIEF!! I don't understand how a guy like this can still practice law?? in the process of filing a grievance with the TX bar association. apparently there are tons of complaints and grievances filed against him. Found out he was arrested, on probation and is not, at this time, even suppose to be practicing....yet took me as a client. not sure how this effects my case?? Should have done more research! If you have been ripped off by this guy... please file a grievance against him with tx bar association. you can do it online very easy! In 2012 I paid Ross to defend me. He was continually late for court. On my last court date he never showed up. Thank God the Judge recognized Ross for the shyster he is and dismissed my case. I subsequently filed a grievance with the State Bar of Texas. The State Bar accepted my grievance.

Ross Brooks is not a real lawyer. He is a scam out to take your money. Ross Brooks should face criminal charges for ripping off so many people. Do not hire him for anything. I wouldn't trust him to flip burgers. Employers considering hiring this man be warned.

hired this guy and started OK but as soon as things picked up, disappeared and doesn't return calls and doesn't keep on top of my case, STAY AWAY from this guy, worst lawyer, no communcation and not responsable.

Brooks took my sons money and failed to advise my son of court dates .Brooks also appeared in court long after The Judge left for the day. Brooks needs to be sanctioned !!!

Worst lawyer ever! Supposed to defen my boyfriend and never did. He showed up the first time late to court and after that disappeared! He won't answer calls. Now my boyfriend has court tomorrow and no lawyer! Do not trust this man he will steal your money!!

Pretty much the same story as everybody else. Paid him over a year ago, he didnt show up to court and now have a warrant for my arrest. Tried calling him, he changed his number and still haven't returned any of my calls in over a year... Worst lawyer hands down... I will be contacting the Board... I don't know how this guy is still in practice.

Ross Brooks was supposed to represent me and he never did. He took my money, never returned calls and did not fulfill his obligation. His numbers have been changed or disconnected. He does not show up for court dates and if he does, he is late.He is a theif in a suit and would dicourage anyone from using him.

Same story as most...He took our money and has shown up to court maybe 2 or 3 times. Will not answer the phone or return any calls. Horrible!

like most people I paid him and haven't heard from him since... except when he accidentally answered the phone while on lunch phonying up an excuse why he missed my court date. Bail bondsmen were looking for me because he's a thief and claims he good friends with a lot of people at the court.

Well I had my dought for this lawyer after the fact that I did hire him. Told my husband about this and my being the good guy he is told me that I could not believe it. So there for behold it was true. We did pay half then went MIA ever since. No call's what so ever... Mr Brooks sorry you _ _ _ _ sorry I can't say it.

Worse Lawyer out there, complete thief!! Stole my money and did not do anything regarding my case. He was suppose to complete an expungement instead he just stole my money and ran. Stay away from this thief in a suit :(
