Hired and paid David to litigate an issue for me. His communication was poor and finally he stopped communication completely.

I paid Mr. Bartone $5,000 and he has disappeared on me, TWICE! I should have checked his online references prior to hiring - others have posted reviews stating the same thing. He takes your money, does no work and then becomes non-responsive. I will be filing an ethics complaint next. DO NOT hire this attorney.
