We presented our case and upon our first court date Mr. Cuming, was not only not prepare but not interested in our case. He does not return calls, does not file your documents with the courts as per his charges on his bill. His minor oversight pushed the case back over 6 months. He does not have email or cellular communication in this day and age. He shares an office with other attorney's and does not have a dedicated staff. Please consider matters deeply before signing with him.
