She has committed gross acts of misconduct that are serious enough to warrant a report to the Cal Bar Assn. However, I will not list them here because the Cal Bar Assn will investigate and deal with those issues. What follows are reasons why I do not recommend this attorney. All of these things are true based on my own experience. Your own experience may differ. However, I have personally contacted some of her current and former clients and they are reporting similar problems (as well as some I have not encountered) so this says something. Here is the list: Always late to court, files documents late, often does not return phone calls, often does not follow up, takes vacations a lot and abandons case while gone, often does not seem to know what is going on with the case, exhibits erratic behavior, inexperienced in many areas, hand writes her court documents with factual, spelling, and grammatical errors, is rude in court, gives clients false hopes and incorrect information.
