Over the course of my business career I have retained numerous attorneys for an array of needs, I can't name one that is as balanced as Tom in his professional attributes. Tom is very thorough and communicates extremely well, his knowledge and work ethic are outstanding.

Not sure why the nut job above is saying negative things because this office has done amazing things for myself and my family. He knows what he's doing and he speaks the truth it's just some people don't appreciate that.

These attorneys are terrible and their staff is rude. Do not hire them. You will either end up in prison, or in the event of a civil case, your case will be ran into the ground and you won't prevail like you would had you hired someone else. They doesn't show up for court, communicate with their clients, complete work in a timely matter and have very shady business practices. I have not personally used them but a friend has. I work for another law firm and called regarding a professional matter. The lady on the other end whispered, rather loudly, that "a psycho woman is on the line calling about(our mutual client)" and then proceeded to hang up on me. I was very polite and she didn't have a clue about me other my name. BUYER BEWARE!

Awesome trial lawyer!! With him and his team at my side, i was fully confident from my arraignment all the way to the not guilty verdicts! D.A. looked like a fool going against Mr Mortenson!

He wouldn't return calls about my case. Was it a coincidence that it started once I paid him in full? It's cost me even more money because i had to hire another attorney to finish my simple case because Mr. Mortensen wasnt doing his job. In my opinion, he gives attorneys a bad name. Save yourself a lot of stress and money, just hire someone else.
