NO value when a lawyer checks-out on you when she shows up 7 minutes before your trial after spending months of saying you have a pretty good case or strong case and then says she is not going to attack the other party that morning. When the other attorney attacks you throughout the trial and she hardly says anything and not present the evidence you and her discussed and you nearly lose everything in the end. Talk about malpractice.
