Sell you on "low rates," but that's garbage as the associates are heavy-handed and if you get a bad associate - and there are definitely bad ones there - you're not going to be happy paying hefty fees for incompetent counsel.

I really can't express how much I appreciate all that my attorney, Kevin Griffiths, did for me and my family. He was very attentive and knowledgeable. Bryan is a good, honest guy. He is also a tough lawyer. I retained him after having a terrible experience with another lawyer. I needed someone to help protect my daughter from an angry **** father. He told me upfront what to expect, and what not to. Their fees are reasonable, and they worked with me, as I didn't have a lot of money. He has a lot of experience and a good reputation with the court and the judge. He and his staff were always courteous and returned calls promptly. He always made time to see me and personally handle my questions or concerns. I wish I had gone here to begin with. Go see Bryan, he will take care of you.

When I came to the firm, I had been thrown out of my own house and I had bought my house long before I got married. I had cases going on in Family Court, District Court and Supreme Court. The story was so incredible, I thought no one would believe me. My wife had convinced everybody that I was an alcoholic and violent. Bryan Salamone did right by me. I waited seven years with everybody telling me to divorce my husband including my therapist and my own children. After meeting with Bryan Salamone paired me with a female attorney named Stephanie. At first I was hesitant, but she listened to me and Mr. Salamone was more than happy to put his second opinion at all times. Throughout this case me husband kept telling me that I would be penniless that he would take the children away from me and that nobody else would want me. I brought my family, my father and my brother to Mr. Salamone’s office on several occasions when I was having doubts and I thought it wasn’t going my way. I’m happy to say everything went my way and I am completely different and in a much better space than when I first met Mr. Salamone. Stay away from this firm. The only thing they managed to do well was bill me. I told them we wanted an amicable divorce. They told me to claim my husband was abusing our kids just to get more child support. I wish that money went into their college funds instead of to this guy.

Bryan L. Salamone has just won me custody of my daughter and I am permitted to stay in our home after the divorce. I hired Bryan L. Salamone, PC to get me a divorce but what I was most concerned about was custody of my daughter. Not only did I get custody of my daughter, but now I have the right to stay in my home and my daughter’s life will not be disrupted. My wife's attorney had only three lawyers working in his firm and they were completely outgunned and unprepared for what happened at trial. Bryan L. Bryan Salamone and his staff are the best in the business.I have been using this law firm for years.Unfortunately family court can be a stressful and very uncertain process.The team at Bryans office are efficient and diligent task masters and have always done everything within legal guidelines to get me the best results they could get.And although i have not always been happy with courts decisions i have always been satisfied with Bryan and his team of professionals.This Law firm goes above and beyond where other law firms wont.I have had Bryans top attorney Ian Mednick at law guardians office,at my home for cps visits and at police stations for my cases.Ian went to the police station when the police would not listen to me.Ian talked to officer at desk and when they tried to snowball him he asked who is in charge of you and he kept going till he got to the sergeant and until he got the best results he could.By myself the police would not listen to me.100% satisfied Joseph Massaro.

Horrible experience. They are money hungry individuals that do not care about addressing concerns and/or issues pertaining to the financial security of the children. Constantly had to repeat myself. They would mix dates up and then charge me to fix what they had made mistakes on. I wish I could have retained someone else, I would have been better off representing myself, considering I did most of the negotiating anyway. Stay away!

The worst experience ever! For the money I have paid so far, I could be living comfortable instead of struggling each week. Many misrepresentations and lies in the handling of my case. With court orders to back that they didn't do their job. Horrible horrible experience. I will join in anyone who would like class suit and I will dispute any claims that I owe them a dime more than I already paid. 3 years later and still not divorced, back to square one due to incompentency!

When you meet Bryan he is a very nice gentleman who takes time to take to you. But everyone else at this law firm is a joke!!!! They don't return phone calls same day as promised, they take months to file a court order which I can do myself in one day, they chare you an arm and leg for every phone call that is made to you whether its important or not..... I think Mr. Salamone needs to re assess his firm esp. his staff other wise he will not last long in this business. I'm sure there a tons of other people who feel like me. Please Change other wise you will start to lose clients!

From my experience, the only thing that Salamone and Assocaties is proficient at is empty promises and keeping very good records on different methods to bill me on services I either did not ask for, or for representation in the court to whom I was not familiar with. When I hired this firm, I was promised to be assigned to one attorney who would personally overlook my case and fight aggressively for me. Quite the contrary! On my first few sessions in court, I was greeted by different associates who I did not recognize, nor did they have any in depth knowledge of my case. From the very beginning of my divorce proceedings, both I and my ex-spouse had already agreed to a proposed stipulation. Salamone and co. decided to keep having the case adjourned, unaware that my ex-wifes attorney had agreed to a "sit down" agreement months ago, while I was told that there was no st agreement. Only when I went "Pro-Se" in the last court appearance, did I find this lack of integrity. Beware!

Bryan L. Salamone & Associates went above and beyond throughout my entire case. As one can expect, going through a divorce is one of the hardest fights of your life. Without this firm I am not sure that I would have won my fight; at least not with the settlement that I did. My husband swore he would leave me with nothing, Bryan and his associates made sure that did not happen. Because of them I am able to maintain the lifestyle that my children and I were accustomed to and we did not have to move out of our home. I cannot thank them enough.

This is by far the worst legal firm that I've ever dealt with. I had to bring them to arbitration & received only $2500.00 back out of the $32,000 that they charged. I can only say thank you Bryan. Divorce is incredibly stressful and knowing you have sound advice and a tenacious attorney is a comfort when one is placed in that situation. Bryan and his staff are always available to provide information and the representation I received when we went to Court and during settlement conferences cannot be faulted. Mr. Salamone was aggressive as he states and although my divorce to a few months I was extremely happy with the results. This firm is the biggest/best divorce firm in Suffolk...they really do provide "aggressive representation", which is definitely what you want from your lawyer(s). I wouldn't pay much attention to the other negative reviews...after thousands of cases, people are sure to be upset about something they're not knowledgable in...after all, divorces are usually not a fun/happy event to go through.

After Salamone's associate's failure to file Discovery in a timely manner the court awarded attorney's fees to opposing counsel. The firm's failure to do their job cost me over $5,000. Now they are pursuing me in court for the remainder of their fee that I refused to pay because of their failure to do their job. This attorney was constantly giving in to opposing counsel on just about everything, which is why I decided to change attorneys. I provided Salamone's office with everything they requested, yet they still didn't do what they billed me for.

Awful!! Awful!! Awful!! I have spent over $10,000 on an uncontested divorce that this firm has dragged out for over a year and a half! They have lied to me several times, double and triple billed me for services rendered. I have had to check my bills with a fine tooth comb and even had to call the Supreme Court myself to verify that they had filed m paperwork like they had told me for 6 months that they did. When I made that phone call I was informed by the clerk that they made several mistakes in the fililing. They are incompetent crooks!!! BEWARE!!

I had Bryan L Salamone of Melville and let me tell you, this guy scared my husbands attorney into a settlement. My husband said that Salamone has a reputation for being a bull-dog: baracuda: etc. It worked,. Judge called my lawyer by his first name "Bryan" and after 1/2 hour of trial my husband was SHAKING on the witness stand. it was like a movie but better because I was winning and all I did was sit back while lawyer Salamone did his thing. Look going to trial was bo-ku expensive but hey i won on the first half hour of trial and i'm getting child support and maintenance that made it all worth the money I was charged. I saw all other lawyers in court that day and they all charge about the same. Salamone kicked butt and I was so very happy i was with HIM in court

i agree totally with the four negative comments. i can't even begin to describe how unethical he is. i'd like to know why his four previous lawyers left. it cost me close to $45,000, three years and he did nothing to save any of my assets. nor did he negotiate for anything i asked him or his staff to do. by my fourth lawyer with him, i was told sign this that and the other. i was so afraid this attorney would leave so i did. in the end he betrayed me. it was almost as if he worked with my ex and not with me. as far as custody of your child, all he wanted to do was go to trail, knowing that it would cost $$$ and keep delaying it. my son is starting college. he'd still be negotiating custody if i didn't wave child support to get my ex to back off. do your homework before you hire any attorney. the retainer may be more for someone else but it may be worth it in the end. i'm sure there are so many others that feel as i do. i almost lost my home because of him.

Biggest snake out there. Lots of promises than never saw him again. He made a very stressful situation much worse. His jr associates represented us & for 8 weeks of services recieved a bill for over 7K and demanding payment in full by his nasty debt collectors. This firm did absolutely nothing for us except put us in alot of debt & added much mores stress. When we 1st retained him we were told that our case was a 100% win and quoted us about $2k for the whole process. Basically we could have just taken $7k & through in the garbage because that is exactly what he gave us.
