He was on eof my attys many years ago.He forced me to take a settlement I repeatedly turned down.He called me 7 times in a 2 1/2 hour period each time coming down in the amount. my actual lifeitme losses according to their expert was 1,000,000+ Unterberger started at 250,000 then came down in each phone call until the last one $205,000. I told him no each time. the last call I was crying he had me so upseti said just be done with this Ill take it. Next day i called and wrote Fishbein said I absolutley refuse settlement Unterberger forced me into Fishbein told me I had no choice despite my refusal being known to him less then 24 hours later. For lifetime disfigurement and disability I got after they took their cut in the mid 100,000, not allowed to sday actual amount. 3 weeks after he forced me to say yes the defendant (Peter jannetta) was named sec't health nominee for state Pa. some coincidence
