Words cannot describe my gratitude for the role Michael and his team played in the outcome of my case from day one to closing his team was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I hired Joseph Beller to help assist me in dealing with an immediate roadside sanction matter. He was extremely helpful, very pleasant and easy to deal with and communicated potential issues and the ways we were going to go about handling them to me in a very clear and easy to understand manor. My wife was falsely accused of assault with a weapon by our grown children (one of whom has a severe drug problem ). The court system being what it is, we had to hire a lawyer to represent us, even though there was never ANY evidence of wrong doing. After much research we hired Mr. Oykhman - a decision I will never regret. Having a degree in psychology, and being top of the class in his law school, he is without doubt someone you need on your side. He never once doubted us, and took the time it required to research all avenues available to us, to reach the desired outcome of having all charges dropped. Although it took some time to get there, Mr. Oykhman managed to do exactly that, and I cannot thank him enough for getting this dropped. My wife and I both sleep better at night now that this has been taken off of us. Thank you Mr. Oykhman, I cannot say it enough.

I was in search of a accomplished criminal lawyer after being involved in an extreme situation in which I made a poor decision. Michael made time to meet with me when many other would not. As I discussed my situation he assure me their was hope to overcome my situation without drastic implications to my career and ability to support my family. On the journey to closure there were a tasks required to complete and hurdles to overcome which Michael ensured me were the right approach. When we found ourselves in a situation we thought we would never be in, we were lost and had no idea what steps to take next. I contacted Michael Oykhman at presumably the lowest point in my life, being arrested and charged with assault. Michael was responsive to the initial phone call I made to him and provided some initial advice in dealing with the criminal justice system, which I had never been subjected to in my life. At our first meeting Michael explained the legal process and what I could do to work through the charges. He expertly negotiated system and the I received the best possible outcome - all charges being dropped and no criminal record. Michael was responsive to phone calls, emails and texts. He provided advice and direction through the process and I grew increasingly confident in his abilities as time went on. My case was complicated yet Michael was able to work through the issues. And as stated I received the best possible outcome from a period in my life that I never expected to have to face. I'm forever grateful to have been able to deal with Michael and his team.

Michael worked hard for me to get my charges dismissed. very responsive when I had questions or wanted to discuss my case. The cops had dotted the i's and crossed the t's and Michael was still able to negotiate a dismissal of the charges. Great work!

Michael Oykhman helped me immensely with my case. He was straightforward and honest about my chances. I felt that he was doing everything possible to deal with my case. I was really worried about having a criminal record and Michael was able to get all my charges dropped. I had never had any criminal charges before and was worried how it would affect my life. Michael Oykhman really helped me. I called him after receiving his number from legal aid for a free consultation about a traffic ticket I was facing. I followed diligently what he said to me and my case was dismissed by the judge. I have contacted him in the past on other matters as well, and he was very diligent, helpful and informative. He was also very kind and nice, and it is my experience that such are rare to find in most criminal defense lawyers. I think any negative reviews are written by his competitors, cause he was very helpful to me and if i ever have a criminal case, which I hope never ever happens, I would definitely retain his services.

URGENT.. URGENT.. URGENT....I hired this lawyer strictly based off the reviews from google.. It appears that my experience compared to the reviews were very different!! I paid top dollar for the service i never received. I believe he has knowledge and experience, but i was not treated with any kind of respect. This lawyer is very unpersonal and just does not care at all, and it shows! Many ongoing issues/lack of communication from his legal secretary left me not at ease! Has given me wrong information only to his benefit. Bad google reviews magically disappear. This lawyer is a snake do not hire this lawyer save yourself a headache. He does not care bout your case. This lawyer should not be defending these cases. Please save yourself and keep looking. There are way better attorneys!! Worst experience i have ever had in my entire life......RUN

Michael Oykhman specializes in drunk driving cases; however, he did not put much effort into my case. He led me to believe I had a good chance at trial, but then largely gave up when we discovered together that my case had come up before a bad judge. I've dealt with other criminal defence lawyers in the past and would not use Michael Oykhman again. He responded well to phone calls and e-mails, but did not treat me with a lot of respect in person.
