He charged us DOUBLE what he charges others and then took many shortcuts. First he did not provide the final release letter, no paid in full letter, no final settlement instructions and no guidance on escrow return. He did not document key property details, he did not make required edits to the sales agreement until I emailed him 3 times with the corrected exclusions.

Overall a good lawyer who did what he was supposed to without any major issues or issues of conflict. Although we were abit Disturbed by the stories, rumors, hearsay and general knowledge of his law partner, Kevin Black. Thankfully we didn't encounter this individual throughout our time with Doug.

Attorney Kevin black is nothing more than an "ambulance chaser" desperate for clients. Attorney Black presents himself one way to the court system and friends yet has a reputation for engaging in unethical behaviors that would shame any man caught in the act. I promise you steer clear of this lawyer. Save yourself the trouble, wasted time and money. Hire a lawyer who will work hard for you and do right.

Attorney Bayer, why do you allow lawyer Kevin black an Unethical lawyer with a horrible reputation to take Up space in your law practice? You realize clients are deterred from hiring you and going to your office still having Kevin Black partner of your law practice. You're only hurting yourself and your reputation.

Attorney Bayer was hired for a straight forward legal matter in which he handled within a timely matter and gave us the results we hoped for. Very pleasant man. Then only thing we didn't like and felt uncomfortable about was the fact he still has Lawyer Kevin Black as part of his law practice. Knowing Black has reportedly knocked individuals out in his office. Thank God we didn't see this lawyer. Not sure why the Police, The State and Court System aren't actively investiagting and questioning this lawyer Kevin black.

Our intent was to hire Attorney Bayer. But after learning about Attorney Kevin Black through law enforcement we opted not to. Kevin Black works for Bayer and is said to have used an unethical form of hypnosis on unsuspecting individuals. We were told he has sexually assaulted women attempts to split off his victims. This guy sounds crazy and we question ehy law enforcement haven't acted.
