Avoid this "attorney" at all costs. Ms. Moskowitz was the subject of a landmark Guardian ad Litem abuse case based on her willful negligence. She bills for work she does not perform and in no way repesents the children she is assigned to represent. Ms. Moskowitz represents an "old school" of divorce attorneys that do not base cases on facts and evidence, but rather do everything possible to prolong a case as long as possible while pretending to represent their clients. She enjoys getting divorced parents angry at each other and will file endless and baseless motions to create as much friction and court hearing time as possible - just so she can keep billing. She walks in court late and will only read your case file five minutes before each hearing. Its well past time for Ms. Moskowitz and other attorneys like her to retire.
