because of his non representation in my workers comp case in Va. I broke my neck and suffered a mild traumatic brain injury and the state only rewards me medical benefits. I have not received any compensation from Sentry Insurance since Oct. 2000. The commission says that my lawyer did not file a change in condition form so therefore I am just out of luck.
