We feel very confident with his presentation and explanations to our questions and he used very good English and we could understand him easily. He is very professional as is his staff. His friendliness and ease in talking to us reassured us of our decision to go with this lawyer. He used excellent examples for us to understand and didn't talk above us and kept it real. He has many examples of why he does what he does like the geriatric clinic he recommends and the doctors. A Care manager to help you loved ones to make decisions easier on them and reassuance that we can call him 24/7 if we have a emergency. That helps your dependents to feel not the whole burden. He understands that we do not want to be a burden on our children they have their own lives to live. The questions he ask s in our first consultant session made things clear to us and to him what WE wanted to happen to us as we age. He provides real resources to help you and your dependents to make good decision.

Rajiv has learned from experience the difficulties and frustration of caring for a failing elderly relative and the doubts and necessary actions in the aftermath of their death. Most reputable lawyers can handle the legal problems one encounters, but usually is not able or willing to help with the physical or mental health needs prior to death. Nor does the average lawyer have the resources, knowledge, and experience to effectively recommend those who might assist.

We are very pleased with the knowledge, care and professionalism we received from Rajiv and his staff. We are very happy with our plan and with the knowledge that we or our children can return to his office at any time for guidance if necessary.
Probably the most impactful part of the step by step process Rajiv led us through was the family meeting we had with our adult children. Rajiv led the meeting which detailed our plan in the event of one of a multiple of life scenarios, and the "kids" were able to ask questions of him and us at the table. Five years later, each one of our children still express how powerful and meaningful that meeting was. Even though they are still young, they want to make a plan for themselves as well.

After hearing Rajiv on the radio, and attending a free seminar, my husband and I hired him to create our legal documents, and a lifeplan. Rajiv is compassionate, kind, funny, and so knowledgeable. He got to know us as people. Not only did we discuss legal documents, but also health and living a more quality life, and realistic planning for where we will live as we age. He went over our finances and helped us see where we are currently, and what to consider to protect assets going forward. He discussed the legal documents best for our situation. For every issue, he offered resources. He involved us in every aspect of the process. I lost some sleep thinking about how I want to live the rest of my life. I thought about family relationships, or who to entrust with health and financial directives, my final resting place, and my beneficiaries. I attended the life care planning seminar. The approach Mr. Nagaich uses is comprehensive, giving the client a framework with which to grapple with real-life issues – not just “legal advice.”
However, my particular consultation with Mr. Nagaich was related to elder law. Lack of family coordination and involvement can cause discord. Pressure to always agree with atty's point of view to exclusion of client's best interest (if there is a conflicting opinion, it is rejected). Tends to want to control who client works with, and directs client mainly to people who have a working relationship with atty. Diverse opinions are not valued.

During my initial consultation I felt that Mr. Nagaich was very open and compassionate while I was explaining my scenario concerning my 93 year-old mother that has dementia. He was well versed and offered options and ideas that were very new to me. While I have been the main caregiver for my mom, I have learned a lot but still struggle through the legal aspects of medical insurance, level of care, and potential benefits. I am looking forward to working with this firm to ensure I am doing the best for my Mom, and I feel I have come to the right place and only wish I was aware of all their services five-years ago!

We paid these people over 8K for a will. The process took over a year with most of the communication initiated by us because of delay after delay. Then the entire will had to be redone and was such a mess, the cost doubled to fix it. STAY CLEAR of this company! They are out for your money and do not follow through.

Now that all of his practicing lawyers in his Federal Way office have quit and moved on, it leaves doubt in Rajiv's work ethics. He charges an excessive amount of money for his cook book wills and gets extremely disgruntled when you disagree with him. It is close to two years of working to taylor our documents and I hear that I am not a lone ranger. One of his lawyer partners quit because they had 200 clients to work with. You cannot get adequate quality of product under those circumstances. I am very close to demanding a complete financial refund. Rajiv's Business model becomes more obvious the longer that you interact with him. The more money that goes into his pocket means less money for my retiremnt future.

We initially had Rajiv Nagaich and his associates at Johnson Nagaich set up a complete package to take care of will, trust, P.O.A.'s,medical directive etc about 5.5 yrs ago. A cuuople of time since I have had questions and I was very pleased to get answers directly from Rajiv. All of his staff are very professional and qualified and I have confidence in them so I would have been satisfied to get my questions answered by whoever had returned my call, but I was pleased to get to talk directly to the chief. Recently we went6 in for our 5 year review and again I am more than pleased with the results. I am confident everything has been handled correctly and that is a good feeling. To us it was a bait and switch - where you are led to believe that you will receive $750 worth of services for $250. What you actually receive is nothing unless you fork over a lot more. When we filed a chargeback for fraud, this lawyer claimed that they had already given us a refund by check and that we had cashed the check. We never received the check. This was very humiliating realizing that we had let ourselves be ripped off. I don't know how they keep it up and why more people don't complain. Most of the good reviews written for this company were by employees and several seemed written by the same person. Stay away. Go to your local lawyer who quotes fees up front and provides the services promised.

I am a 65 year old single divorced women living in UP. I heard about Rajiv Nagaich on radio and then went to one of his seminar. I found him to be very honest, trustworthy and warm hearted person who truly has passion for elders. No one to help, no money to live no income to support my living, except to commit suicide. I was truly amazed how Mr. Nagaich gave me a reason to live, sow a ray of hope in me. He not only took my case pro bono, visited my home 3-4 times to make sure i understand all the legal process and planning involved moving forward.
