I don't know if the last posters were the "other party" venting because they lost to Matthew, or what. I have been a client of his through a long and arduous divorce and he has stepped up every time and fought hard for me. He kept me as a client even through hard times and proved to be not only a good attorney, but a valuable ally for me to regain my child when she had been taken away from me by the actions of an unscrupulous attorney who made false accusations in Court. He helped me get my daughter away from a child abusing mother...an almost impossible task in the Family Court system. Matthew is truly one of the "good guys" out there.

This is what attorney Matthew Breddan thinks about his clients in his own word. "Why is it that the clients who pay the least and have the highest balances demand the most" written on his twitter page on Jan. 29 http://twitter.com/matthewbreddan Does this sound like an ethical attorney? He complains about many of his clients and even Judges. Most posts were on his facebook account, but someone must have told him he was being watched, so now his account is private. He was opposing counsel on my case, and he committed perjury over and over.

Matt Breddan pretends to be a fair and impartial attorney, however that is far from the truth. He has told numerous clients that he is a single father raising his boys on his own. However the mother, also an attorney would be surprised to know that she doesn't exist in his eyes. This is how he runs his practice. He frequently supports dead beat dads, who don't pay their child support. He frequently advocates for fathers to get sole custody, by falsly blaming the mother for parental alienation (PAS excuse), but in reality that is what he is doing himself. Karma, where are you? This man has destroyed parents and childrens lives for money. Lady Justice why are you so blind?

This attorney is unethical. He writes orders after hearing that were not agreed to in court, yet the court signs them and enters them. He commits perjury and even posts insults about judges and litigants on his public facebook and twitter pages. Evidence has been sent to the Cal Bar Association, as well as the presiding Judge about his posts that he is a Judge Pro Tem (illegal post.) He has been sued four times and settled out of court so that nothing would register against him professionally. This is verifiable if you look his name up at the court house. Mr. Breddan is a Pro Father, and Anti Mother and Anti Child attorney. He will advocate for abusive men to get sole custody, placing children in harmful situations by any means possible, including but not limited to presenting false and misleading information to the court. On a personal note, the reason behind his hatred of women is that the mother of his first child dumped him and raised the child without him to keep the child safe.

This attorney is very unprofessional, didnt prepair for my case and actually wrote his notes about my case the morning of the hearing. he was hired by me 10 weeks before the hearing. I paid him his fees upfront. He spoke to me in the court hallway and spoke loud everyone heard our supposed to be discreat conversation. When the judge asked minor counsel a question Att. Mathew Breddan answered! when I had words to explain he shushed me and said he knows. Please dont waste your money on this poor unprofessional represenation.
