I don't even know where to start. This is by far the worst Attorney EVER. If you find yourself incarcerated in New London, and the court appoints you this man. YOU ARE going to do jail time. I had a case that it was common sense that I was innocent. this man TRIED hard to make me take 5 years. He is lazy, incompetent, a liar, a piece of crap and never let's you talk. He talks over you, laughs at you, and drown you. He should've been a prosecutor. And if you are from another country or African-American, please do yourself a favor and DO NOT keep this man. Fire him on the spot. I made a mistake in believing he had my good intentions. In the end of a 8 years consecutive time offer, I did 18 months and yet it wasn't a fair fight with this crappy attorney by my side. Good Luck and like I said, fire him on the spot or you will do time.

Mr. Tiernan falsely introduced himself to client Jonathan brand as his ‘Public Defender’ while receiving monies for that for that role rather than the one he played to protect police from civil liability. Fully documented by emails between the client (187947@gmail.com) and Mr, Teirna between April 2017 and June 2, 2017 in great detail Mr. The record shows Tiernan’s role in a conspiracy to protect criminal activity by New London Police by 1. refusing to grant client access to police charges. 2. refusing to grant client access to any evidence relevant to the criminal case, a violation of CT State law. Refusing to grant client access to video tape from L&M hospital that client claims prove no crime occurred and will conversely show criminal intent by police to knowingly fabricate false charges. Mr. Tiernan engaged gross misconduct and abandonment of post by denying rights of a citizen to client for over 1 year. (to date)and do doing engaged in fraudulent use of New London public funds.
