There should be a rating far worse than BAD for this so-called mediator. She was a judge, and thinks she still is. She immediately takes sides, and will not listen to reason. There is no mediation. She just dictates the way she sees it. And my lawyer didn't do**** for fear of judicial retaliation from Munro. Just a total screwing by an ultra left leaning ex-judge that is easily duped and manipulated. She is not terribly knowledgeable of how finances work, or of simple, common courtesy and fairness. She also is not very knowledgeable of basic estate laws. She is just the worst possible excuse for a mediator, pure and simple. And she breaks away for sessions with just with the lawyers. What kind of back room schemes do they hatch back there? Why the secrecy? It was supposed to be my mediation, and I was not heard! Do yourself and your family a favor, and STAY CLEAR AWAY OF THIS PERSON.

Beware of this Mediator at all costs. She cannot be trusted for fairness. My attorney recommended we use her to settle my difficult case. She took sides with my Husband's attorney. I found her to be arrogant, disrespectful, and plays favorites with lawyers she knows. She treats your mediation with lack of sensitivity and has a poor grasp of finances, so my settlement was far lower than if I went to court. DO NOT USE HER for your own protection!!!!
