I see nothing wrong with my Attorney Mr. Lassiter. He has been there for me when I needed him the most. I am grateful for his staff as well. Tara, you ROCK!!!! You are #1 in my book!!

Fair attorney, super staff. Anyone who complains about the wait, which trust me, for me it was 2 years, must understand also the county they are having to deal with, the courtroom judges and the opposing attorneys. My x paid more than twice as much, probably more like 4 times as much for his attorney, but in the end, mostly good was done. Thanks Mr Lassiter, especially Brittany and Tara, for hanging in there with me. :)

I engaged Mr Lassiter and his staff several months ago to get my grand babies out of protective custody in the state of Arizona. I was so afraid that these small children would get lost in the system. It has been several frustrating months but I have my grand babies and I would like to thank Mr Lassiter, Brittany and Tara. I would further like to say that this man is knowledgeable and tenacious about the law. He was very empathetic to my case and if I got the answering machine it was only that he was in court doing whatever he could for those babies. He gave me a free consult and even though the charge of doing legal battle seemed high it was a one time charge til culmination of the case. Mr Lassiter, Brittany,and Tara: thank you from the bottom of my heart for pursuing my case when so many doors were slammed in your faces. God bless you all.

Communication is terrible; never return phone calls and take on way to many clients and frankly can't keep their stories straight on which lie they told you the last time! Won't recommend him to my worst enemy!!

absolutely horrible attorney!!! Never once got the papers drawn up correctly! Never returns phone calls. Then after 6 months of wasted money, he tells us that we have to start over with a retainer because the case wasn't done in that amount of time. What a crook!!! The worst ever!!

Andy Lassiter is a great attorney and his staff was really nice. I now have my kids back from my lying cheating ex. He gave me a free consult and his fee was reasonable. Andy took my case on very short notice. I would suggest him to anyone in the area looking for a great attorney.

Took the time to sit with me and answer all my questions and did not charge me anything. Everybody else wanted 250 to 500 for a consultation fee! Honest guy. Jus for that I am going to hire him.

Worst excuse for a lawyer EVER. Wants cash up front and then does exactly NOTHING. Never returns calls, hasn't filed one motion. He's not only rude, he apparently has NO understanding of divorce law because he has not filed one custody motion or one child support motion. He has apparently no idea that he works for his clients. He refuses to discuss the deals he's making in the backroom with the other lawyer and he makes agreements to the court without permission. Unless you feel like throwing your money away, find another lawyer.

When I got out of the Marines I was going to move back to Indiana with my daughter who was less than 1 at the time. The soon to be ex lived localy and had temp custody. I called Mr Lassiter from Indiana and hired him. He was able to represent me from 1000 miles away and when I did have to go down there for court I got custody. As a single young male, I realize that getting custody is rare. That was 14 years ago. I was able to contact him, long distance (cell phones weren't prevalent at the time) and if he wasn't available, he would return the call. His tenacity and work quality are obvious, based on what he was able to do for me, and I can't really put a value on having custody and being able to raise my daughter.

He took my money and did nothing for me at all. You can not even get a return call from his office when you can find it open. It is not open very often anyway. In court he is very closed mouthed and does not stand up for the person he is representing. My best advice is find someone else. Like the saying goes "you get what you pay for". While he may be on the cheap side that should say enough to you. Spend more and get results.

The only thing this lawyer is tenacious about is the check he gets for children's services. The fact that's his case work is primarily representing children's services tells me that he wasn't able to be very successful representing his clients and had to resort to being their lap boy. As far as communication, I know my attorney repeatedly complained that he was unable to contact him to set up court dates, and even after resorting to cornering him in the court house, still could not get him to agree to setting up court dates.

What made me hire him was he said he could have me in court in six weeks for a support hearing. Eight months later and still no court date. This had caused me a lot of financial hardship and health issues worrying about being homeless. It is very hard to get a hold of him. No one answers the phone and all you get is a recording. Forget about leaving a message because no one will return your call. The one person in his office "Debra" has a very bad attitude when you have to deal with her. The best thing I can say is find someone else.
