Gerald Barr is a nice man who looks like he just got off of the boat. Every request you make of Mr. Barr will make him question weather he can do something! It seems like you are teaching the Lawyer how to do his job! Mr. Barr would get a rading of ZERO with me but the scale does not go that low!

Attorney Barr is very slow in acting to clients concerns. This attorney will make promises to you and will not follow through and come back to you with a blank stare when you ask him his progress on his promises. Barrs secretary Melissa reflects the same level of care of the client with sudden rude outbreaks and ignorant ravings.
