Apparently, not much has changed since the review someone provided in 2006. This lawyer provided totally ineffective counsel. Additionally, this lawyer refused to acknowledge a blatant conflict of interest. Lastly, when requested, this lawyer failed to provide an accurate itemization of how client funds were allocated.

Randy was unprepared for trial, not agressive with witnesses, couldnt say my name correctly, did not apear familiar with my case, he wasnt interested in getting to know my witnesses stories before the trial, he doesnt know how to argue and the only thing he did well was cash my check. This guy is worthless and my dog could have defended me better. He should be disbared!
