Years after Attorney Hibbard negotiated my divorce I am still involved in expensive litigation. At the time of divorce I was not capable of making proper decisions and Hibbard did not negotiate a fair and equitable outcome for me and my children. Do not use her if you do not understand divorce laws extremely well yourself. She will not be your voice.

This attorney is incredibly dazed. She made the judge so mad that I thought we were going to be kicked out of court. She should know the court proceedings and law better. I was very disappointed on her performance in court.
We spent a whole day in court just to find out that we had no case. On top of everything, she gets so angry, her face turns red, when things don't go her way. I can see in other attorney's faces that they don't like her because she is difficult to deal with on issues that don't make sense to argue about.
I just spent $300/hr x 6 hours in court for a day of nothing based on her rates. I wish I could just drop her and get a better attorney but now is too late for that.
I do not recommend this attorney to anyone.
