I had to hire another lawyer to get me out of the mess Mr. Grossman got me into. In my opinion he is dishonest and shady.

He may be knowledgable about his profession but he is extremely rude and inconsiderate of your concerns. He rushes you through the conversation (unlike the friendly woman who answered the phone) and makes you feel like your concerns are not important and that he is too busy to hear them. He even said that he had people waiting (then why did he take the call?) I can't comment on the quality of his work as I would never think of hiring him after his rude and unfriendly phone consultation.
