My Kimmel handled a small commercial collections action for me. The company we were suing is very good at dodging creditors, and it took a lot of work on Mr. Kimmel's part to execute service, get replies to mail, negotiate a potential settlement, and represent us in court when the settlement fell through. Mr. Kimmel continued to pursue this case in a professional manner, and kept me informed of progress by phone and e-mail. I believe the effort he put in on my behalf went far beyond what he will make on this particular action, but he never complained and never failed to do all that he could on my behalf.
