His service is so poor that we can't believe he is still in business. Complaints to the Bar and the Clerk of the Court did nothing to move him to action. He did not respond to the majority of our phone calls, letters, or e-mails. We agreed to a fee via email and then he went before the court and received a percentage of the estate versus the agreed fee. He would not respond to our requests for K-1s to include in our tax returns regarding income in the estate. He did not repsond to our requests as to whether he even filed tax returns. We received more inormation from the Catawba Court Clerk than our lawyer.
