I would never hire David S. Woronoff. One of Wornoff’s clients named Arwin Priest, a Denver engineer, failed to pay about $6500 he rightfully owed. At the time Woronoff was co-counsel to Harry L. Simon. David Woronoff and Simon countersued but, by the time the case was over, their client had lost on all claims and was liable for about $28,000 in attorney fees, plus the unpaid $6500 and interest/costs, due to what looks like extremely poor lawyering. In any case, Priest was bankrupt by the time it was all over. All because these two attorneys apparently mishandled the case and didn’t just tell Priest to pay the $6500 he owed. These are definitely not the lawyers I want working for me.
