Don't want to go into details, but seemed nice, understanding, knowledgeable, and helpful at first. But in the end he was vindictive, unprofessional, many unreturned phone calls, and created more trouble and work for me than what I started with. Nothing more than a big waste of my time and money. I wish I had never called Jim. Maybe one day his ego will finally deflate and he will be able to see past his own shadow... then again, maybe not.
